Shipping policy

Processing Times
Majority of our items are made to order to accommodate all sizes and to keep production to just items we know have found homes. Orders may take 4-5 weeks for production. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns about the timeline of your piece. Some items we have stock on, and will ship your item within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over $250 staying in Canada or headed to the USA. Shipping may take 2-7 business days depending on which method is chosen and destination. Tracking is always included.

Packages headed outside of Canada may incur customs or duties which are out of our control and we are not responsible for these charges.

In Studio Pick Up
This is offered from our studio in Hamilton Ontario. We will send you our studio hours to coordinate your pick up.

 

Local Delivery
$5 for anyone in the Hamilton area. Delivery will be done by us, and we will send you a text (or email) upon delivery. If you have specific requirements for this, please be sure to include those in your order.
