Shipping and Returns
Processing Times
Majority of our items are made to order to accommodate all sizes and to keep production to just items we know have found homes. Orders may take 3-4 weeks for production. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns about the timeline of your piece. Some items we have stock on, and will ship your item within 1-2 business days.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders staying in Canada or headed to the USA for orders over $250 CAD. Shipping may take 2-7 business days depending on which method is chosen. Tracking is always included.
Packages headed outside of Canada may incur customs or duties which are out of our control and we are not responsible for these charges.
Returns
All items are final sale, unless defective. If you notice something off about your piece, feel free to reach out. We aren’t monsters and know there is always some nuance to life. *IF* items are being returned, they must be in original unworn condition, with no wear or scratches. Please get in contact with us at hello@shopcaranina.com for any concerns with your order!
Sales
We do not offer price matching for orders placed before a sale. We very rarely run sales and price our prices intentionally to be fair all year round.
A few extra terms:
Custom Jewellery
All custom work we do are final sale. We do so much ground work together before the piece is created so there will be no surprises upon receiving your final piece.
Workshops
All workshop bookings are final sale, so please double and triple check your date when you book and don’t forget to record it in your calendar. If your booking needs to be rescheduled - you must give us 14 days notice so we can fill your spot. If you don’t show up for your session without advance notice, your session will not be rescheduled.
